Give me the Mother of the Year Award

RIGHT THIS MINUTE!!! (Thanks for that Emily. I will use that, and use it often.)

Why, you ask?

Because I did this with Ben this morning:

Yes, that is a giant ball of HOME MADE PLAY DOUGH!!! Guess who poured?! Guess who stirred?! It was great for an hour of quality Ben time. (MUCH NEEDED)

Sibling rivalry? Here? In this house?? Nah… ;-)

I love how he looks “all superior” in the last photo. I can just hear him, “No, Lukey! This is for BIG boys! You aren’t OLD enough to do THIS!”

Glad you had some elder son time.

Awwwww, how fun, I’ve never made homemade playdough, so I’ll have to give that a try. Ben looks like he’s having a ball. Can you share the recipe?

I love how you used the shallow depth of field in the first picture. Don’t go telling me that you don’t know what you are doing with the camera! :)

Yes I am with Debbie, I am seeing another post in the near future with the recipe.

that sibling rivalry thing looks familiar. :-) My kids love playdough too so I might have to give this one a try. I’m still thinkin’ on the Mother of the Year Award though…;-)

Auto setting provided me with the shallow depth ;-) I can claim no skill other than not fully depressing the shutter button until it focused on the play dough.
